On January 15, 2016 after a short hospitalization the Bulgarian Association of Private Schools lost its highly respected leader – Mrs Milka Slavcheva.

We would like to invite all our colleagues, friends and partners to keep a vivid memory of this remarkable woman who put all her energy, courage and honest heart in the cause of freedom and quality of education. Milka influenced with strong vision and conviction both followers and opponents. She left a legacy of honour and high standard of professional and human conduct for teachers and parents, for school leaders and policy makers, for young and old.
