Simon Steen: Officier in de Orde van Oranje-Nassau

During the VBS Seminar with the theme ‘Onderweg zijn’ (On the way…) in The Hague on Wednesday 17 December 2014, Simon Steen, general director of VBS and chairman of ECNAIS, received from Ms Wobine Buijs- Glaudemans, VBS chair and mayor of the city of Oss a Royal Decoration for his work and achievements.
Her speech, in which she mentioned the names of the persons who had supported the application for the Royal Decoration ended with the sentence “And that is why I can tell you that His Majesty has been graciously pleased to appoint (by his Royal decision on 10 November 2014) Simon Steen as “Officier in de Orde van Oranje-Nassau.”
